Teachers are rightly said to be the builders of nation. They train the students which are regarded as the future of any nation. A good teacher is respected by his/her students and a strict teacher loses the trust of students. If students want to ask questions from the strict teachers they are disparaged by the teacher and next time they don’t dare to ask questions. When concepts are not clear to students they get low grades. Strict teacher doesn’t encourage students to ask questions rather he/she gets frustrated.

A strict teacher never asks students if they are having any difficulty in studies. When students get low grades he/she blames students and criticizes them. This criticism let down the morale of students. A strict teacher is unable to guide the student in right direction.
